Refund Policy

You have the right to return any tea accessory within 14 days after receipt of the order. Packaged teas and loose leaf tea cannot be returned.

We will only accept returns of tea accessories in their original condition and packaging.

Courier charges for your returns will be at your cost.

Refund, including billed delivery charges will take place within 30 days of receiving your returned items.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at retail@avantcha.com no later than 2 hours after you have placed your order. We will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.
