AVANTCHA products are operated by AVANTCHA UK LTD and distributed by Artisan Specialty Tea Trading LLC. This policy applies to all retail and business orders fulfilled through the avantcha.co.uk platform.

This policy applies exclusively to the purchase and shipment of physical goods ordered via avantcha.co.uk. Separate terms may apply for events, workshops, or masterclasses and will be communicated at the point of engagement.
2. Shipping Carriers and Methods
AVANTCHA partners with DHL Express for UK orders.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your account type (individual or business). The system dynamically applies free shipping thresholds, flat delivery rates and courier-specific rules.

4. Dispatch and Delivery
All orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.
Estimated delivery times: Delivered within 2–4 business days
Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch. AVANTCHA UK LTD and Artisan Specialty Tea Trading LLC are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other force majeure events.
5. Tracking and Notifications
Once dispatched, you will receive shipping updates from our courier partner, DHL, via email and SMS, including tracking and delivery management options.
6. Delivery Instructions and Contactless Options
Please ensure someone is available at your provided address to receive the shipment. Alternatively, you may request contactless delivery through the courier's tracking link once your order is en route.
We require a physical address — PO Boxes are not accepted.
For business addresses, we will make every effort to schedule deliveries before 6:00 PM.
7. Risk of Loss and Damages
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon successful delivery. Until then, AVANTCHA UK LTD and Artisan Specialty Tea Trading LLC retain full responsibility for the shipment.
8. Taxes, Duties, and Customs
We ship on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis where applicable, meaning customs duties are included in your checkout total.
9. Sustainable Shipping – DHL GoGreen
As part of our commitment to sustainability, all international shipments via DHL are processed using DHL’s GoGreen climate-neutral shipping program.
This initiative offsets the carbon emissions associated with parcel transport through verified environmental protection projects, ensuring that your order arrives with minimal environmental impact.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising from this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
