Where possible please have deliveries sent to a work place or residence where someone is available to receive and item or schedule the contactless delivery through the DHL link sent to you once the shipment is ready for delivery.
We ask you to provide a physical home or office address and NOT a Post Office Box.

Whenever possible, please arrange deliveries to a workplace or residence where someone will be available to receive the order. Alternatively, you can schedule a contactless delivery using the carrier’s tracking link, which will be provided once your shipment is ready.

Dispatch and Delivery
We use DHL Express courier service for all UK shipments.
Once the order is confirmed, it will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Saturday). If the order is not dispatched in five business days for any reason, you will be contacted via email to offer an alternative product, partial shipment or full refund.
DHL will send an email and SMS notification as soon as they pick up your order and you will be able to conveniently schedule your delivery and request “contactless delivery” where the courier can leave your order at the door, mailbox or neighbour.
Please note that estimated delivery times are for guidance only and begin from the dispatch date. ARTISAN SPECIALTY TEA TRADING LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at the destination.
