Shipping Costs for Business
Whenever possible, please arrange deliveries to a workplace or residence where someone will be available to receive the order. Alternatively, you can schedule a contactless delivery using the carrier’s tracking link, which will be provided once your shipment is ready.
We require a physical home or office address—PO Boxes are not accepted.
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders are dispatched the next business day (Monday to Saturday) and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Notifications
You'll receive an email and SMS from DHL once they pick up your order. This includes tracking details and options to schedule or request contactless delivery.
Additional Information
Delivery times are estimates and start from the dispatch date. ARTISAN SPECIALTY TEA TRADING LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at the destination.
