Over the past year we continued to grow our community, deepen our knowledge, and invest in the future of tea. From new spaces and product launches to global partnerships and education initiatives, each step reflects our commitment to advancing tea worldwide and shaping how people experience this ancient beverage as it continues to evolve.

Expanding Our Spaces
In 2025 we opened our extended distribution warehouse and office headquarters in Dubai (WH11), significantly increasing our logistics capacity to support growing global demand.
This investment represents an important step in strengthening AVANTCHA’s operational foundation as our international footprint continues to expand.
At the same time, we opened our Thai Tea Bar in Bangkok, creating a dedicated space where guests can explore tea culture through tastings, workshops, and collaborations.
Celebrating Tea Culture
In Dubai, our Tea Bar events and workshops launched to sold-out audiences, bringing together tea enthusiasts, chefs, creatives and curious guests to explore tea in new ways.
In Bangkok, we introduced Matcha & Hojicha Sundays, building a regular gathering for the local tea community. We also launched our Tea Master Series, inviting renowned bartenders to take over our tea cocktail bar and demonstrate how tea can be used as a sophisticated ingredient in modern mixology.
Across our markets — from London to Zurich — events continued to bring together tea lovers through tastings, collaborations and culinary experiences.
A Growing Team
Behind every cup of AVANTCHA tea is a passionate team.
In 2025 our team grew from 51 to 66 people, representing 28 nationalities across our global offices.
New distribution partnerships were activated in KSA, Singapore and Qatar, while AVANTCHA Switzerland and the United Kingdom continued to strengthen our direct presence in and around Europe.
This growing international network allows us to support hospitality, corporate and retail partners with increasing scale and expertise.
New Products, New Expressions
Innovation remains central to what we do.
In 2025 we introduced 25 new products, expanding our portfolio with carefully sourced teas and thoughtfully designed tea lifestyle products, while continuing to develop bespoke blends and concepts for hospitality and corporate partners.
We also revamped our Platinum Collection, refining one of our most iconic ranges to reflect the evolving AVANTCHA aesthetic and quality standards.
Bringing Tea to the World
Tea continues to reach new audiences through partnerships, education and hospitality.
In 2025 alone we delivered over 500 tea tastings and training sessions worldwide, supporting chefs, hospitality teams and tea professionals in developing deeper tea knowledge.
Our client network expanded to include organisations such as Google, Jumeirah Group and The Ritz London, alongside longstanding hospitality and corporate partners.
In London, this included an in-room teabag collaboration with The Ritz, bringing AVANTCHA tea directly into the guest experience and reinforcing tea’s role within luxury hospitality at the highest level.
We partnered with Marriott Hotels to host a tea competition at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, celebrating creativity and craftsmanship in hospitality following a dedicated training programme for Marriott teams.
Tea pairing also continued to evolve within gastronomy. We supported Alain Ducasse’s chocolate concept in Riyadh with bespoke tea pairings, and collaborated with Bvlgari boutiques in Bangkok on tea pairings for mooncakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
In Dubai, our B2B Matcha Excellence Workshops launched to strong demand, helping hospitality professionals refine matcha preparation and service.
Meanwhile in Bangkok, we collaborated with KINTO on cold brewing workshops demonstrating the precision and equipment required to brew tea beautifully.
Together, these initiatives continue to expand tea knowledge across restaurants, hotels, cafés and offices worldwide.
Corporate Partnerships & Global Activations
Alongside our retail and hospitality presence, AVANTCHA collaborated with leading luxury houses, global brands and cultural institutions across multiple markets.
In 2025 alone we delivered 3,256 corporate gift boxes worldwide, supporting seasonal activations, client gifting programmes and bespoke brand collaborations.
Highlights included gifting programmes for Julius Baer, Emirates Airlines, Atlantis The Royal Tea Room and Omniyat, alongside office clients such as Google, New Balance, Miu Miu and A. Lange & Söhne.

In hospitality, bespoke tea concepts also continued to grow. Notable collaborations included a private blend created for Four Seasons Doha, alongside projects with restaurants, hotels and luxury retail partners across the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

Expanding Our Digital Reach
As tea continues to find new audiences worldwide, our digital platforms evolved to support a growing global community.
In February 2025, we launched the AVANTCHA Thailand website, strengthening our presence in Southeast Asia and offering a fully localised experience for Thai customers.
Throughout the year we expanded into new markets including Croatia and Estonia, increasing our online footprint to 37 countries worldwide.
To better support European customers, we introduced German language support on avantcha.com, alongside regional partnerships such as SVZ Switzerland.
Behind the scenes, our e-commerce platform also saw major improvements, including Express Checkout, enhanced product and event pages, and over 20 new campaign landing pages, making discovering and purchasing tea easier and more intuitive.
Connecting With Our Origins
Our journey always leads back to the source.
This year we visited our tea partners in China and Japan, spending time with growers, tasting new harvests, and continuing the close relationships that define AVANTCHA sourcing.
These visits ensure that every tea we share reflects both exceptional craftsmanship and long-lasting, trusted partnerships.

Tea in the Global Conversation
Tea is increasingly becoming part of the broader conversation around food, culture, and wellbeing.
In the past year AVANTCHA has been featured in over 36 international publications, including The Caterer, Time Out, Entrepeneur Middle East, with our founders and team appearing on the BBC Food Programme about the Rise of Matcha, and on and the Entrepreneur Podcast discussing our incredible last ten years of growth.
These platforms allow us to continue advocating for tea as one of the world’s most exciting and evolving cultural beverages.
Looking Ahead
While we are proud of these milestones, they are only part of a larger journey.
