Our Raspberry Sparkling Matcha is just that, combining only 3 ingredients, ready in less than a couple of minutes. Enjoy on a warm, sunny day with your feet up, or prepare a round for lunch guests to welcome them when they arrive.
Ingredients
- 3g (2 Matcha spoons) AVANTCHA Matcha Ceremonial Grade Kagoshima Natural Farming
- 50ml Cold water
- Handful of fresh raspberries (can substitute with raspberry jam if fresh raspberries is not available)
- Sparkling water
- Ice
Directions
1. Sift matcha into bowl. Add 50ml of cold water and whisk briskly until a foam forms.
2. In a tall glass, add handful of fresh raspberries then smash them with a muddler.
3. Add ice and cold sparkling water in to the glass.
4. Pour in the matcha over the sparkling water.
5. Stir and enjoy.
