Coconut Cold Foam Matcha
Summer Matcha can be exceptionally innovative since it's such a versatile ingredient. One Matcha, however, does not fit all, so it's important to understand the cultivar you are using and what its flavour profile is so that you can make an informed choice.
For this recipe, we selected our Matcha Ceremonial Grade Yame Yabukita for its naturally chocolatey, creamy, and sweet notes that pair well with coconut. What's lovely about this drink is the fact that it's as indulgent as it is light and refreshing. Ideal when you want something sweet but not too filling.
Ingredients
- 1.5g (1 AVANTCHA Matcha spoon) Matcha Ceremonial Grade Yame Yabukita
- 50ml Double cream or cream alternative
- 20ml Milk of choice
- 100ml Coconut water
- Ice
Directions
1. In a mixing glass, add 50ml of double cream, 20ml of milk, 1 matcha teaspoon
2. Whisk until thick
3. In a serving glass, add ice, 100ml of coconut water, then pour in the coldfoam matcha.
4. Stir and enjoy.
