Our Assam English Breakfast encapsulates a pure expression of Assam with rich flavour, comforting notes of malt, and hints of barley. Our blend is made from GFBOP quality broken leaves (i.e. high-quality buds and tips), resulting in a tea with clear flavour and a wonderful depth. Packed into bio silk teabags, the leaves have plenty of space to move and infuse. Each teabag is packed into sealed sachets that preserve the teas freshness. Packed into bio silk teabags, each is sealed within an individual envelope to protect the tea from exposure to air, light, moisture and odour, and ensures that every cup is fresh and full of flavour.

About Assam

Assam is in northeastern India and is one of the seven sister states, connected to the rest of the country by a narrow corridor. Known for its lush tea gardens and humid, tropical climate, Assam offers ideal conditions for tea cultivation. The region produces some of the strongest and maltiest black teas in the world, often with undertones of dried fruit, biscuit, and a touch of golden honey.
